Abstract

Background: Hallucinations are symptoms of mental disorders where patients experience changes in sensory perception, feel false sensations in the form of sound, sight, taste, touch or smell, clients feel stimuli that are not actually there. Objective: To determine the level of auditory hallucinations before and after the implementation of general therapy. Method: This study uses a descriptive case study design approach. Results: After being given the second intervention, respondents were able to control their hallucinations and understand General Therapy which was taught from SP 1-SP 4. Conclusion: General therapy can be completely overcome depending on how nurses are able to motivate patients to express their feelings and the behavior they play and assess it according to reality.
